ChangChunYuan

YuanMingYuan Park, Beijing, China

ChangChunYuan Garden

The 'Garden of Everlasting Spring' lies in the north east of the park. It is the second biggest originally and contained the European-style palaces, the ruins of which are described later.

ChangChunYuan is currently the largest of the gardens that comprise YuanMingYuan Park.

The lakes of ChangChunYuan are filled with lotus flowers during the summer (June to September).

A beautiful tea house that sits over a lake can be found in the south west corner of ChangChunYuan.
